Graduates of the doctoral program are educational leaders capable of:

​

  1. investigate educational organizations and their context using quantitative and qualitative methods;

  2. use research as a source for the creation of models and practices for the development and implementation of a shared vision and mission;

  3. create theoretical models and proposals that promote an organizational culture focused on learning and integral development (professional, personal and organizational);

  4. design models to manage operations and resources that tend to the optimal development of the organization and human potential;

  5. design, implement and evaluate collaboration models, based on research, with other organizations of basic, post-secondary and university education;

  6. create processes and policies to influence the political, social, legal, cultural, and environmental context that affects the leadership of formal and non-formal educational organizations  in creating a culture of peace;

  7. carry out a leadership practice that generates change and transformations in accordance with the diversity of the organizational and social environment;
